I'm a Chicago-area accountancy graduate coming into accounting after nearly a decade in commercial real estate and mortgage lending. At Nordic Properties, I posted rent, CAM, and work order charges in Yardi Voyager, billed tenants and handled collections, prepared CAM reconciliations, processed vendor invoices, and sent ownership monthly cash flow and quarterly performance reports. I also caught improper maintenance charges in a shopping center's CAM billing by reconciling invoices against snowfall and service records. At Rocket Mortgage, I reviewed borrower financials every day and kept loan files compliant across nine state licenses.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Arizona State University in August 2026, with hands-on work in journal entries, ASC 842 lease accounting, and data analytics. I'm intentionally starting at the staff accountant level so I learn the work the right way, and I bring that experience with me from day one. I'm open to relocating.
